Brandt Enhances Service Portfolio by Acquiring Hilbig Services, Inc.

October 1, 2019 — The Brandt Companies, LLC. (Brandt) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hilbig Services, Inc. (Hilbig), a San Antonio based industrial refrigeration service provider with expertise in cold storage, food processing, and the beverage industry.
Aligned with Brandt’s corporate strategy to increase value-added services and create opportunities for employee growth, this acquisition will diversify Brandt’s portfolio and offer industrial refrigeration services to our clients.
