Southwestern Energy Headquarters
Currently the fifth largest producer of natural gas in the United States, Southwestern Energy Company is a growing independent energy company primarily engaged in natural gas and crude oil exploration, development and production.
This project is the core & shell of phase one which consists of a 650,000 sq. ft. parking garage, and two-10 story towers, a conference center, fitness center, and cafeteria totaling 550,000 sq. ft.
The office towers and common areas will have 1,920 tons of cooling which include a 120-ton absorption chiller. The data center will have an additional 410 tons of cooling.
An additional TI package is scheduled to follow in December of 2013 and the second phase consisting of two more 10-story towers will conclude the project.
