TCU WORTH HILLS GREEK DORMS

FORT WORTH, TEXAS

Brandt provided mechanical and plumbing construction services for the TCU Worth Hills Greek Dorms. This project consisted of five two-chapter sorority buildings at 31,000 sf/each, one three-chapter sorority building at 48,000 sf, and one two-chapter fraternity building at 26,000 sf. The new dorms will house 13 sororities and 2 fraternities. The project was built on open land, some of which used to be a parking lot and former site of Brachman Hall. Each house is four stories tall with Greek architecture elements. Amenities in the houses include: meeting rooms, event space, laundry areas, full kitchens, and bedrooms.

The sorority houses were completed in the summer of 2017 with the fraternity house following close behind finishing up later that same year.

Brandt installed the following HVAC systems: hydronic cooling and heating with boilers, AHUs, VAVs and FCUs.
